ALBANY (OR.) DEMOCRAT-HERALD. FRIDAY, APRIL 27. 1990- Kip Lyle MacAnnan, 30, of Lebanon, died Tuesday when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a tractor-trailer rig five miles east of Albany. Mr. MacAnnan was born April 26, 1959. in Sacramento, Calif , and moved while a child to Los Angeles He graduated from a military academy and moved to Albany in 1987 He worked as a fry cook at the Front Street Inn, Albany. He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Marlene MacAnnan of California; half brother James Solie of California, and by a son and daughter. No services are planned.
