On June 22, 2007, Helen Alice Heimann, 70, passed away at her home in Rosenberg to be with the Lord and the love of her life, her husband, Johnnie James Heimann, Sr. Born November 29, 1936 in Booth, Texas to Jim and Mary Matlock, Helen lived out her life as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Mary Matlock, her husband Johnnie James Heimann Sr., her son Eugene James Heimann, and her oldest grandson, Jeremy Michael Heimann son of Donald and Cherie Heimann. She is also preceded in death by her sisters Annie Mae Rejsek wife of Stanley Rejsek, Amelia Tofte wife of Norman Tofte, and Frances Denton wife of Billie Denton.

Helen is survived by her oldest son Eugene and wife, Dorothy Heimann and daughters Crystal and Jessica Heimann of Wharton, her middle son Johnnie James Heimann Jr., wife Margie and son Levi Heimann of East Bernard, and her youngest son Donald, wife Cherie and daughter Natalie Heimann of Rosenberg.

Helen is also survived by her siblings E.J. Matlock with wife Regina of Houston, Rosie Rogers with husband Steve of Fresno, James Matlock of Magnet, and brother-in-laws Stanley Rejsek of East Bernard, Norman Tofte of Pasadena, and Billie Denton of Pearland.

Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Heimann, Levi Heimann, Kenny Heimann, Greg Osina, Bernard Patek and Raymond Patek. Honorary pallbearers will be the grandchildren, Crystal, Jessica, Levi, and Natalie Heimann.
