George M. Henry, 75, formerly of Kutztown, died Saturday in Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Laureldale, Berks County. He was the husband of the late Violet M. (Stephens) Henry.
He was owner and operator of the former Henry's Grocery and Meat Market, Kutztown, for 20 years retiring in 1975.
Born in Emmaus, he was a son of the late Daniel and Laura (Knappenberger) Henry.
He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kutztown.
Survivors: Son, George D. of Macungie; daughters, Dianne L. of Dauberville, Berks County, and Lucille, wife of George Martin of Inverness, Fla.; brother Edward of Kutztown R.2; sister Emma of Emmaus; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
