Joseph Edouard Albert Tiburce Généreux was born in Matane, the son of Tiburce and Alma. The family immigrated to Fall River, Massachusetts around Albert's 12th birthday. He married Roseanne Cote, the niece of his father's boss, Peter Cote. Albert was a carpenter, and had two children, Claire and Normand.

Albert retired to Westport Point. He passed away in 1975.
