SCOTTSBORO -- Joan Hall, 61, of Scottsboro, died Sunday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Dr. Roy Hall officiating.
Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery with Scottsboro Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Lee Fitzgerald Medders of Ohatchee; her mother, Mary Lee Benson Hall of Scottsboro; a sister, Mrs. Bill Bradford of Scottsboro; a brother, Dr. John David Hall of Scottsboro; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the building fund of the Cumberland presbyterian Church.
Elma Joan Hall Fitzgerald McKelvey was born February 21, 1930 and died January 14, 1992. Joan married Eugene G. Fitzgerald in 1952 and they had one child: Martha Lee Fitzgerald born in 1954. Joan and Gene divorced in 1960 and Joan married Hal McKelvey in 1972. Joan and Hal divorced in 1984. She died after heart surgery in 1992.
