She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post #8905 in Cypress, TX. She worked her entire life in the food industry and her highest level was a manager of a school cafeteria. Her lifelong dream was to become a Chef.
Betty is survived by her daughters, Denise Lynn Withington and husband Keith and Donna Jo Goel; grandchildren, Diana Lynn Barcomb, Dalton Layne Campbell and Thomas Carter, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Jazlynn, Mariah and Jameson; sister, Linda Joyce Tolbert and brother, Robert Dolan Robinson.
