Tana Elaine Ragsdale Moretz, age 61, of Miller Creek Road, Lenoir died Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care. She was born March 6, 1950 in Caldwell County to the late James Moses and Wilta Lou Calton Ragsdale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Barbara Ann Ragsdale, Betty Jean Triplett, Alice Shirley Roots; and one brother, James David Ragsdale.
Mrs. Moretz was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Danny Moretz of the home; one daughter, Emily Danielle Moretz of the home; one sister, Mrs. Marian Poarch and husband Howard of Lenoir; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
