Claire A. Busch, 76, died Monday in Fremont.
A native of France, she came to California in 1933. She resided for a time in Santa Cruz, but had moved to Fremont to be near her daughter and died in a convalescent hospital there after a short illness.
She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Matthews of San Jose; two sons, Joseph H. Busch of Clinton, Mich; and John E. Busch of Newport; also by 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Santa Cruz with Father John Kennedy of the St. Joseph's Church of Capitola, officiating. White's chapel is in charge of arrangements.
