Mrs. George Gilbertson, 68, of Valders, died Wednesday night at the Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Gjerpen Lutheran Church. The Rev. A.O. Wighadl will officiate and burial will be in a the adjoining cemetery.
She was born Theodora Thompson in Liberty in 1883 and was married to Mr. Gilbertson in 1915. They located on a Newton farm. Mr. Gilbertson died a year ago, since which time she had resided in Valders.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Gilbertson of Rt. 1, Valders, and Miss Olga Thompson of Valders.
Friends may call at the Berge Funeral Home, Valders, after 3 p.m. Friday. The casket will be moved to the church at 11 a.m. Saturday.
