Funeral services for Nicholas Jose Chavez, 54, of Fulshear will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2005 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Rosenberg. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2005 at Angeles Crest Funeral Home.
Chavez was born Jan. 5, 1951 and passed away July 6, 2005 in Houston.
A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2005 at Angeles Crest Funeral Home, 722 Grillo Way, Rosenberg.
Nicholas Jose Chavez was preceded in death by his parents, Domingo and Santos Chavez, and a daughter, Josie Chavez.
He is survived by his wife, Graciela Perez Chavez; sons, Nicholas J. Chavez Jr. and wife Michelle and Domingo Chavez and wife Isabel; daughters, Irene Sanchez and husband Miguel, Casey Chavez and Maria Renteria and husband Ronald; brothers, Demetrio Chavez, Andrew Chavez, David Chavez and wife Annie, Martin Chavez and wife Sulema, Frank Chavez and Lorenzo Chavez; sisters, Teresa Chavez, Alice Chavez and Maggie Renteria and husband Ronald; and 10 grandchildren.
