MRS. JOHN B. PERCY DEAD
Died this Morning at Home on North Bennington Road.
Mrs. John B. Percey died this morning at her home on the North Bennington road after being in ill health for some time but being seriously ill for about only three weeks. Death was due to dropsy and leakage of the heart.
The deceased was 53 years old and was a native of this town. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Austin F. Harmon. She leaves besides her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Cora Andrews and six sons, Simeon H., Austin J., Leon R., William J., Raymond A. and John H. Also a brother, Herbert H. Harmon and one sister, Mrs. Romain Crawford, all of whom reside in this town.
The funeral will be held Monday at 2 o'clock in Clover hall, Rev. Isaac Jennings, pastor of the Old First church officiating. The burial will be in the Hinsdillville cemetery near North Bennington.
Mrs. Percey was a loving mother and wife, a good neighbor and was a general favorite with all who knew her. She has a large circle of friends who are sincerely grieved to learn of her death.
