I believe this Elizabeth to be Elizabeth Ison Combs, the daughter of George Gideon Ison III and Annie Ingram. She married Tarleton Combs, son of Mason Combs and Jenny Richardson on 12-25-1826 in Perry Co. The children of Elizabeth and Tarleton are:
