Obituary
Elizabeth, wife of William L. Smoyer, died on Saturday evening at the family residence, 217 West Coal Street, after an illness of but five days. Death was due to inflammation of the stomach. The deceased was 41 years, 5 months and 20 days of age. She is survived by her husband and also five children ranging in age from 10 to 18 years of age. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday and services will be held in the Trinity Reformed Church at 2 p.m. The remains will be interred in the Odd Fellows' Cemetery.
