Carlito Javier Canales, 3, of Phoenix passed away on August 23, 2005 Carlito Javier Canales was sent to be with the good Lord on Tuesday, August 23, 2005. He was loved by everyone he came into contact with from his grandparents, parents and close family to strangers passing by. He is survived by his mother Jennifer Ghan, grandparents Jerry Ghan and Laura Waterman, aunt Julie Ghan, uncle Jeff Ghan, and cousin Jordan Ghan. He is also survived by his family that resides in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Donations are greatly appreciated and can be accepted at any Wells Fargo Bank under the Carlito Canales Memorial Fund account # 2118189543. Thank you in advance and God Bless.
