Professional Billiard Player: Professional career was highlighted by winning the 1976 World Open Pocket Billiard Championship Challenge of Champions. At the time he was a relative unknown billiard player, being only 29 at the time. He defeated the reigning billiard champion Tom Jennings. Later that year, still a relative unknown Billiard player, he would win the Profession Pool Players Association In 1980 he won the Professional Pool Players Nine Ball Championship in Atlantic City, New Jersey. While originally from New Hampshire Lisciotti developed his early winnings in Connecticut. He began his Billiard career as a road player in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1994 he was inducted into the Manchester, New Hampshire Hall of fame in recognition of accomplishments in Pocket Billiards. For nearly three decades he was a dominate player in the sport of Billiards.
