PUEBLOAN DIES IN NEW MEXICO

Wayne Rollins Jacobs died yesterday morning at Belen N.M., at the age of 25 years.

Wayne Jacobs was a Pueblo boy and grew to manhood in this city. He graduated from the Central High School and later passed through an eastern institution of learning.

He leaves to mourn his loss a devoted mother, Mrs James Reid, a brother Wilson Jacobs,all residents of this city. The remains will be brought to Pueblo for interment. The date of the funeral has not yet been fixed.



PUEBLO CHIEFTAIN Wednesday September 30, 1903

The funeral of Warne R. Jacobs, who died in New Mexico, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday from the home of his mother, 26 Block H. It will be under the auspices of the members of Company A. First Colorado Volunteers, with whom the dead young man served during the Spanish-American war.
