Exact birth and death dates are unknown. According to a letter to W.S Pence from Dr. D.E. Hooper dated 7 Feb 1945, Cynthia and son David Pence are buried in Lot Number 218 graves 5 and 7 with John Shields Givens in grave 6. Also in Lot 218 are Margerite Givens Shepard, husband Porter Shepard and their son Charles. There is also a Mary Edson, relationship unknown. This letter was available on Ancestry.com, provided by "kc_pritch" Ancestry.com member.
