IRIS BELL

Iris Bell, 85, of Houston, Texas, died Friday in Houston.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Tuesday, at Glenwood Assembly of God with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born April 23, 1907, in Harvey, Ark. A Sapulpa resident for many years before moving to Houston, she was a member of Glenwood Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Fay Bell on Jan 8, 1992.

Survivors include her son, Lewis of Newark, Ohio; daughters, Agnes Coberley of Houston, Texas, and Karin Kemmerer of Spring, Texas; brothers, Charles, Thomas, Kenneth and Gerner Chancey, all of Bixby, William Chancey of Oklahoma City, Ronald Chancy of Burautry, Texas; sisters, Audra Jones of Broken Arrow, and Alene Shubert of Jacksonville, Ark.; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bell, a former area resident, died Friday in Houston, Texas.
