Mrs. Ingram was preceded in death by her husbands, Walter G. Deal and James F. Ingram, her parents, Ashley N. and Lois Mae Johnston Tanner, two sisters, Elizabeth T. Simonton and Anne T. Edman, and one brother, Ashley N. Tanner, Jr. She leaves four sons, John W. Abernathy of Oakland, MS, Mark W. Abernathy of Memphis, TN, George T. Abernathy of Jackson, TN, and Daniel L. Abernathy of Lakeland, TN; one brother, Wayne H. Tanner of Germantown, TN, nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
