Betty Jane Crutcher, 89, of Raytown, MO passed away peacefully, April 4, 2012 surrounded by her family. Visitation will be 1-2pm, followed by funeral services at 2pm, Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Floral Hills Funeral Home.

Betty was born November 26, 1922 to Jim and Pearl Ramsey in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Northeast High School in 1939 and went on to graduate from Kansas City Secretarial College. She lived in Raytown since 1954. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Raytown. She loved her church and being with her family. She also loved reading, crocheting, fishing and traveling.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gene Ramsey and sister, Dorothy Crutcher; two half brothers and one half sister. Survivors include her loving husband of 70 years, Bill Crutcher of Raytown, MO; children, [names redacted]; 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64145.
