Funeral Saturday for Sarah Turner, 93: Castleton - Sarah Turner, 93, of Van Hoesen Road, died Wednesday in Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a long illness. Born in Troy, she lived in the East Greenbush area most of her life. She was head of the housekeeping department of the Trojan Hotel in Troy, retired more than 40 years ago. She was a 65 year member of the Order of Eastern Star chapter in Rensselaer, and was a member and past commander of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Troy. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the William J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Rensselaer. Burial will be in Elmwood Hills Cemetery, Troy.
