Ron Teel, resident of New Almaden, born Feb. 22, 1946, electro magical genius, good friend and gentle man, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in New Almaden, California on April 11, 2012. Born in Macomb, Illinois, he grew up in Chicago, and spent summers on the farm Rushville. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam war, and moved to the Bay Area in 1969. As an engineer he worked in induction heating, power supplies, audio processes and calibration, diligently keeping current with the state of the art to best help others. Generous in his business and friendships, Ron was forgiving and kind. He is survived by his wife Claire, sons Matthew and Paul, his sister Donna Weisener, and is predeceased by sons John-Mark and Andrew. A celebration of Ron's life will be held June 2, 2012 6pm to 9 pm at the New Almaden Community Club, 21727 Bertram Road, San Jose, CA. ln lieu of flowers or donations, Ron would appreciate you reaching out to another.
