Frank C. Alvord, 78, of 604 Oak Street, Akron [Lancaster Co.], died of natural causes at Maple Farms Nursing Home, Akron.
An automotive body worker, he was also an antiques dealer at Renninger’s.
He was married to Mary Alvord.
In addition to his wife Mary Ellen Stambaugh Alvord, he is survived by a son, Gary Frank Alvord of Lancaster; two daughters, Sandra A. Fisher of Virginia, and Nancy A. Eckles of Pennsylvania, two brothers, Herbert and Daniel Alvord, both of Maryland; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
