Berniece Bristow, 90, of Denver, a retired educator, died Dec. 27 in Denver. Mass of Christian Burial was said Jan 2 at Gardens of St. Elizabeth. Entombment was in Mount Olivet Mausoleum.
She was born Feb. 10, 1911, in Wilmar, Minn. In 1931, she married Lloyd Bristow in South Dakota. He preceded her in death. She taught and supervised elementary schools for 42 years. She volunteered and worked at the Denver Art Museum, Denver Public School and Bramwell School. She also worked at Western Federal Savings. Her interests included the Denver Broncos, bridge and reading.
