May Louise (Scott) Olmstead was the daughter of Warren L. and Mary Elizabeth (Danforth) Scott. She was the 2nd wife of Rev. Dr. Edwin Bailey Olmstead. They were married Norwich, New York December 24, 1890. Rev. Dr. Olmstead was a minister in the Wyoming Conference/Genesee (Western New York/now Upper New York) Conference/Holston Conference and St. Louis Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He died April 1917.
