Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, April 17, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck.
Burial will be held at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.
Cliff was born January 1, 1945, in Sallisaw, OK, the son of Clifford C. England Sr. and Jimmie Lee Martin. He attended Seaside High School and 2 yrs of Community College.
Cliff joined the Navy during the Vietnam War, where he was stationed in various places.
Cliff married Deb Berg (Center) on February 23, 1985, in Sacramento, CA, where they lived for several years before moving to North Dakota. He worked in retail sales and later became the owner/operator of an independent trucking company.
Besides being with his family as much as he could, Cliff enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding his motorcycle. He always enjoyed a good joke!
Cliff is survived by his wife, Deb, of Bismarck; daughter, Brandi (Tony) of Bismarck; son, Derek (Julie) of Glendora, CA; six brothers and sisters-in-law, Doug (Kathy), Maricopa, AZ, Dwight (Debi), Montezuma, KS, Dennis (Phyllis), Bismarck, Darwin (Pat), Bismarck, Dale (Cindy), New Salem, and David (Gloria), Stanton; brother-in-law, Glen Johnson, Marina, CA; two grandchildren, Travis and Jordynne; and many nieces and nephews.
Cliff was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Jimmie (Martin) Ogan; his father, Clifford C. England Sr; one sister, Ferna Johnson; mother-in-law and father-in–law, Marian and Anard Berg; sister-in-law, Lucinda Berg; niece, Carrie Berg; and niece, Ashlee Watts.
He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
