Screen appearances included "Close-Up," "Portrait of Jenny," "Miracle on 34th Street" and "The Life of Alexander Graham Bell." She also appeared on stage and radio, including the Madge Tucker program and "Radio Revels." She was the daughter of stage, screen and television actor Donald Foster. Her sister Patti was also an ice skater and actress. Alis Foster died at her home at 35-48 75th St., Jackson Heights, Queens, of cancer, after being ill for three months. She is buried next to her father.
