Homegoing services for Mrs. Annie Doris Webb Jones of Tampa, who passed away Monday, March 25, 2013, will be held Saturday, March 30th, 2:30 p.m. at St. John Progressive M.B. Church, 2504 E. Chipco Street with Rev. Bartholomew Banks, pastor officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Annie was born March 3, 1930 in Arlington, Georgia and was a longtime resident of Tampa. Annie was a member of St. John Progressive M.B. Church. She enjoyed traveling, making people laugh, watching all types of sports and cooking delicious meals. She made the best stuffing in town and was the Queen at baking sweet potato pies. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Eddie Mae Webb; husband, Frank Jones, Jr. and son, Robert Lee Webb. She leaves to cherish her memories with her children: Joe N. Webb, Mariea A. Guest, Belinda G. Carter, Mildred L. Webb, Andrew Williams, Debra Olds, Sheila W. Coonce and Melvin N. Jones and wife, Joy; grandchildren, Jamal, Lucy, Jamel, Marjorie, Joe, Kevin, Monique, Tony, Tomeka Lee, Brandon, Jasmine, Darrian, Nathaniel, Kyle, Tevin, Tiffany, Austin, Shantell, Richard, Courtney, Devin, Michael and Andrew, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Pelham, Yolanda, Dallas, Krishna, Aaliyah, Amina, Amiyah and Josiah; sister, Annie Laura Norton; nieces, Shirley, Vanessa, Jackie, Charlotte, Yolanda and Shantae; nephew, Anthony; cousins, Jackie, Gloria, Freddie Lee (Delores) and Edward; and a host of other relatives and friends.
