I, I. F. Criss being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all former wills made by me.
1st. I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid, including the cost of administration of my estate.
2nd, I hereby give and bequeath to Miss Tillie Merrifield of Mannington, WV the sum of One Hundred Dollars (100.00)
3rd. I hereby give and bequeath to Mrs. Ida Jones, Mobley, WV the sum of One Hundred Dollars (100.00)
4th. I hereby give and bequeath to Lamech Criss, Wadestown, WV the sum of One Hundred Dollars (100.00)
5th. I hereby give and bequeath to John Criss, Wadestown, WV the party with whom I made my home the balance of my estate to dispose of and use as he may desire.
I hereby appoint Olen E. Henderson, Wadestown, WV as executor of my estate.
