Wayne Kenneth Anderson, age 80, of Holland, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 03, 2010.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Evangeline Anderson; children, Becky (Gene) Schnuckel, Kristine (Stephen) Holman, and Joseph (Lori) Anderson; grandchildren, David Schnuckel, Eric (Jen) Schnuckel, Anne Holman, Elisabeth Holman, Julie Holman, Karen Holman, Katie Anderson, and Ben Anderson; 3 great grandsons; and many friends.
Wayne graduated from Iowa State University and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and served as pastor in three different churches.
The funeral service will be held 11am Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville (East Building) with Dr. Stephen Holman officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery.
The family will meet with relatives and friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Grandville Chapel of Cook Funeral Home (West Building).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.
