Services for Scott E. Waggoner, 31, are 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, 1991, at Bethel Baptist Church in Torrington.

Mr. Waggoner died in Boulder, Colo., Sept. 6.

Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.

Mr. Waggoner was born Oct. 5, 1959, at Torrington, the son of Bob J. and Lois (Clark) Waggoner. He grew up and received his education in Torrington.

While in high school, he was very active in sports and competed primarily as a runner. He graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson from the College of Business and Finance, majoring in real estate. He was engaged in that occupation.

He was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity.

Survivors include his parents of Torrington, a brother, Bradley Joe, and his wife, Patti, of Dayton, Ohio; a sister, Brenda Jolene Garrelts, and her husband, Gene, of Omaha; a grandmother, Lillian G. Clark of Torrington; and two nephews, Brandt Joseph Waggoner and Blake Justin Waggoner, both of Dayton.

He was preceded in death by two grandfathers and one grandmother.

Memorial Gifts to Bethel Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
