He is survived by his wife of 29 years, O. Gay; stepdaughters, Donna Shaw and Connie Marson, both of Portland; stepson, Thomas McMahon of Portland; brother, Robert of Seattle; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
