Funeral service for Mrs. Lizzie CABE, 80, was held Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock in Roberts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Howard L. KITCHEN, pastor of the Westville Methodist church, officiating. Mrs. Charles BROOKS and Mrs. John ALLEN accompanied by Mrs. Robert EFFENBERGER, sang, "In the Garden" and "Rock of Ages." Interment was in the Cincinnati Cemetery. Mrs. CABE died Friday, January 2, following an extended illness.

She was born December 29, 1878 near Cincinnati, Ark., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.B. SMITH. At the home of her parents August 25, 1895, she and Add L. CABE were married, with the Rev. J.T. HUMPHREY, Methodist pastor of Cane Hill, Ark., performing the ceremony. They immediately established their home in the Cincinnati community where they lived until they moved to the Westville community about forty years ago.

They were the parents of four children, two of whom preceded her in death; Clyde, October 6, 1897, at the age of 15 months, and James Clinton, December 7, 1917, at the age of 19. Mr. and Mrs. CABE celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in 1955. A dinner observing the occasion was given in the home of her brother, the late Tom SMITH and Mrs. SMITH.

She was a member of the Methodist church and the Eastern Star.
Honorary pallbearers were Eli HARDCASTLE, Luther WADLEY, Oliver MATTHEWS, D.W. BUSHYHEAD, W.W. ALBERTY, George HAGAN. Active pallbearers were, Virgil FUSSELMAN, Orville FUSSELMAN, Edgar WILSON, Roy SPEARS, Buster THURMAN and Russel SMITH. Flower bearers were, Clare FUSSELMAN, Ruth SMITH, Clarice MITCHELL, Martha Jo DAVIS, Velma FUSSELMAN, and Mary Jane CABE.

The survivors include her husband, Add L. CABE, Westville; one daughter, (Gladys) Mrs. Grant EDWARDS of El Paso, Texas; one son, Troy Lee CABE of Higgins, Texas; a brother, Albert SMITH, Maysville, Ark.; three sisters, Mrs. Emma FUSSELMAN, Cave Springs, Ark., Mrs. George GILES of Tahlequah and Mrs. John MCCUISTIAN, Westville; two granddaughters, Mrs. Dick DETRICHE of Higgins, Texas, and Mrs. Jack CARMICHAEL, Goodwell, Okla.; two great granddaughters, Ann DETRICHE, and Mary Joe CARMICHAEL.
