NESMITH – Mrs. Ruby Irene, 65, 659 Park Ave., died Feb. 18, 1987, at Lee Hospital. Born Oct. 26, 1921, in Johnstown, daughter of late Norman and Martha “Mattie” (Rogers) Felix. Preceded in death by husband Walter, and sister, Lee. Survived by these children: Norman, married to former Ann Zonin, Johnstown; Janet, wife of John Morgan, Portage; Donna, wife of Leo Drager, Johnstown; Larry, at home; Richard, married to former Patricia Bereschok, Johnstown; Robert, married to former Marian Knecht, Windber; Kerry and Martha, both at home; and Linda, wife of Paul Wingard, Johnstown; also 18 grandchildren. Sister of George Felix, Seward; Jane, wife of Edward Brookloff, Johnstown; Bernell Martin, Friedens; and Clarabelle “Dutchie,” wife of William Selders Johnstown. Member of Calvary Methodist Church. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at The Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., where service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Craig P. Lohr. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
