Russell Todd "Rusty" Horton, 42, of Wheelersburg, died Saturday April 27, 2013

He was born November 24, 1970 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of David Lee (Anna Belle) Horton and Melody Anne King. He was a 1989 graduate of South Webster High School and in his youth was a two time state archery champion. Rusty was a avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan as well as a general sports enthusiast with baseball, golf and basketball as his favorites


He was preceded in death by one sister, Kellie Horton Watters

In addition to his parents he is survived by one daughter, Breanna Horton and her fiancé Scott; two sons, Nathan Ehrhart and Justin Rowe; one sister, Lora (Matt) Kittles; one brother, Michael (Christie) Rice; a special uncle Thomas (Kimberly) King; four nieces Rebecca Kittles, Rachel Kittles, Keanna Horton, and Skyler Watters


A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday May 4, 2013 at the Davis Funeral Home in South Webster with the Rev. Merit Smith officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in South Webster Cemetery

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday at the Davis Funeral Home

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Davis Funeral Home for funeral expenses
