Mrs. Amelia B. Williams, wife of Mr. A. J. Williams of near Rockport, died very suddenly last Friday. Her remains were interred in West Providence Cemetery on Saturday amid a host of Sorrowing friends and relatives who had assembled to pay a last tribute to a good Christian woman. Funeral ceremonies were conducted by Rev. Hiram Brown. She had been a consistent member of the West Providence Baptist Church from early childhood. She leaves a husband and one son to mourn their loss.
