Charles lived in North Lawrence many years and was a truck driver for Cleveland Associated Transport Co. He died at Cleveland Veterans Hospital.
He was a member of United Presbyterian Church and American Legion in Marshallville, and had served in the US Army during World War II.
He was surved by his wife Olive 'Ollie' Mae TRAVIS, three daughters Rose Ann, Debbie Jean and Mrs. (Karen) Charles Adams; and one son Charles James.
