Services Thursday for Robert Ashman - Guilford, Dec. 26 - Funeral services for Robert L. Ashman, who died at his home in lower Water Street on December 23 will be held at the Leete Funeral Home in Fair Street on Thursday afternoon at 2:30. The Rev. Paul Bitenhouse will officiate and burial will be in Alderbrook Cemetery. There will be services by St. Alban's Lodge, A.F. and A.M. tomorow at 8 P.M.

Deaths - ASHMAN - In Guilford, Conn. December 23, 1950, Robert L. Ashman of Lower Water Street. Funeral Services will be held at the Leete Funeral Home, 102 Fair Street Thursday afternoon at 2:30. St. Alban's Lodge A. F. and A.M. will hold services Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock at the funeral home. Interment in Alderbrook Cemetery.

Robert L. Ashman of Lower Water street died at his home on Saturday, December 23, aged 71 years. He was the son of Robert A. Ashman and Alice May (Hotchkiss) Ashman of Stony Creek, and had returned to Guilford five years ago to make his home in the George Brown house, which he purchased, removing here from Rensselaer, N.Y., where he had made his home for forty years. He was a member of Greenbush Masonic Lodge No. 337 of Rensselaer, N.Y., and a member of the Brotherhood of R. R. Trainmen. Surviving him are a brother, Herbert A. Ashman of Water street; a sister, Mrs. Clarence E. Norton of Whitfield street; a half-brother, Samuel B. Ashman of Albany, N.Y., and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are being held from the Leete Funeral Home, 102 Fair street this, Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev. Dr. Paul F. Battenhouse officiating, with burial in Alderbrook Cemetery. Masonic memorial services were held at the Leete Funeral Home on Wednesday evening by St. Albans Lodge, No. 38, A.F & AM.
