Akers Baby Dies At Union Hospital
Ruth Ellen Akers, six-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy A. Akers, died Thursday evening at the Union Hospital in Terre Haute. Surviving besides the parents are a brother and sister and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Fisher of Shelburn and Mr. and Mrs. Lex Akers of Sullivan rural route.
The body was taken to the Railsback Funeral Home, where services will be held at ten a.m. Saturday. Burial will be made at Palmer's Prairie Cemetery.
