Native of Macedon Passes in Milbrook

George David Baker, husband of Ethel Pell, passed away after a short illness at his home in Milbrook on Wed., Oct. 6, 1948.

He was born in Macedon on Nov. 24, 1876, son of David G. and Margaret Longstaff Baker. He lived in Macedon until 1921, when he moved to Milbrook, where he had since made his home. He was a member of Halcyon masonic Lodge No. 832 at Milbrook.

Besides his widow, he is survived by two sons, David G. of Astoria, Long Island, and Loren of Milbrook, and a number of cousins.

Religious and Masonic services were conducted at the home in Milbrook on Thursday evening, and the remains were brought to Canandaigua, where services were conducted at the grave, the Rev. Miss Frieda M. Ehrlich, pastor of the Macedon Baptist Church officiating. Burial was made in Woodlawn cemetery at Canandaigua.
