NASHVILLE - Alonzo Howard Annes, 84, died October 7, 2003, after battling leukemia.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Jean Annes.

Survivors include his son, Leland Annes; devoted family; and loving friends and wonderful neighbors.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. today with Ben McGinnis officiating.

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
