Mr. Mueller, 51, of 615 3rd St., Juniata, died at 5:22 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, 1987, at Mercy Hospital.
Mr. Mueller was employed as a loom mechanic by Bomont Mills, Juniata, for the past 33 years. He was born Dec. 7, 1936, in Altoona, the son of Joseph and Lorraine Estright Mueller, and June 18, 1955, in Hollidaysburg, married Mary M. Gill.
Surviving are his wife and three children: Darlene, Anthony and Christine, at home. Also surviving is a sister, Bernadette of Altoona.
Mr. Mueller was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Juniata. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home, Juniata.
MUELLER - The funeral of Melvin J. Mueller of 615 3rd St., Juniata, will be held with a mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Juniata, by
Monsignor William E. Shultz. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. Sunday at the E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home Inc., JUNIATA, where a scripture service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
