Mr. Page was the son of the late Edwin and Lydia Kahl Page. While studying engineering at North Central College, Dennis enlisted in the U.S. Army, in the fall of 1941. He rose through the ranks to captain, serving in the Coastal Artillery in Panama and Boston during World War II. After the war, Dennis was a design engineer for Mercury Outboard Motors, Fond du Lac, Wis., and United Aircraft in Connecticut, working at the CANEL Atomic Testing Lab, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Turbo Power & Marine and Stal Laval, in Sweden. Dennis was an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, an excellent athlete and known for his kindness and wry sense of humor.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, a daughter and son-in-law, a son and daughter-in-law, five grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Weston and his wife, Elda; brothers, Earl and Auldin; a sister, Ethel; and a daughter-in-law, Christine Steblek Page.
