Daughter of Sir Henry de Hastings and Ada of Huntingdon, granddaughter of William de Hastings and Margaret le Bigod, David, Earl of Huntingdon, aka David of Canmore, and Maud, the daughter of Hugh, Earl of Chester.

Ida was the wife of Stephen de Segrave, of Segrave Leicestershire, Justiciar of London, son of Gilbert de Segrave. Stephen died at Leicester Abbey shortly before 16 Oct 1241.

Secondly, she was the wife of Sir Hugh Pecche, Knight of Great Bealings, Suffolk, son of Hamon Pecche. They were married before 1247 and had one son, Hugh.

Richardson's "Royal Ancestry" has Ada listed as the daughter of William de Hastings.
