Mrs. Ankrom was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She enjoyed country music, crossword puzzles and fishing.
Surviving are 10 children, Sandra K. (Roger) Scott of West Finley, Maxine A. (Jerry) Rutan of Oak Forest, Donise D. (Scott Zollars) Ankrom of Hickory, Brenda Lee (Rusty) McClelland of Holbrook, Thomas Wayne (Patricia) Ankrom of Waynesburg, with whom she resided for the past 6 years, Leonard Albert Ankrom of Flatrock, Roger Eugene (Ludi) Ankrom of Peoria, Ill., Charles Floyd (Debra) Ankrom of Waynesburg, James Edward (Barb) Ankrom of Waynesburg and Richard Patrick (Dee) Ankrom of New Bremen, Ohio; 25 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Patricia Sue Loughman, and four brothers.
