Mary Edith retired from Goldsmith's after 28 years of service. She was a former president of the African Violet Club, a member of the Knights of Columbus Women's Auxillary #616 and was a poll worker. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Catholic Church where she did volunteer work and sang in the choir.
She leaves her husband of 61 years, John; her son, Phillip Abraham of Olive Branch, MS; her daughter, Margaret Hagood of Memphis; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
