Dunn was reared in Winona, joining the United States Army in 1941, serving until 1947. Since 1967 he has been postmaster at Dora. He was a member of Dora Baptist Church.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Kay Pimentel of San Jose, Calif., and other near relatives. Burial was in Portales Cemetery.
