The funeral of Loyd J. Johnson was to be today at 2 p.m. at Ponders Funeral Home, Dalton, with the Rev. Steve Flockhart officiating.
Burial was to be in West Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson died Wednesday at his home. He was 54.
A native of Scottsboro, Ala. he was the son of the late Grady Johnson.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Head Johnson; stepson, Harvey Willis, Dalton; six sisters, Judy Young and Cathleen Officer, both of Dalton, Flossy Thomas, Dorothy Buckner and Ruby Odem, all of Cleveland, TN., and Doris Nickols, Ducktown, TN.; brothers, Ronald, Frank and Paul Willis and Roy Johnson, all of Cleveland; mother and stepfather, Nellie and O.C. Willis, Cleveland; several nieces and nephews.
