Mrs. Bonnie Elizabeth Absher, 93, Duffield, Va., entered into rest Sunday (March 13, 2005) at her residence.
Mrs. Absher was born in Scott County, Va., on Nov. 14, 1911, a daughter of the late Frank Stanley.
In addition to her father, her husband, Sam Absher; sisters, Clara Stanley, Ava Wallen, Marcie Cowden and Talma Stanley; and brother, Ballard Stanley preceded her in death.
Surviving Mrs. Absher are several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at the Hall Cemetery in the Stanleytown community of Scott County at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The family will be meeting at the cemetery for the graveside service.
