Clara Etta Armstrong, daughter of Jeptha Daniel Armstrong and Judith S. Williams, married Marion Monroe (Rote)Pierce December 14, 1894 in Clark County, Arkansas. They had 12 children, raising 11 of them to adults. She was a fun loving grandma and a pillar of the community wherever they lived. They were farmers living near the DeGray community in Clark County Arkansas most of their married life. A family that is sorely missed by all who knew them.
